Guntra Aistara's organic practicum students are designing new permaculture-inspired planting areas in CEU's courtyard rooftop "Japanese garden." On March 20, in class, we began seed-starting and weeding of existing garden areas, and made new planters in conjunction with the Sustainable CEU club. See the photoshoot here:
